Who Is Johnny Levy?

Johnny Levy is a Creative Connector, poet, dynamic speaker, and the Author of The Superpower Quest, a framework that helps teams unlock their unique strengths to drive success. By day, Johnny is also the CEO of a tech-enabled data company. He’s the husband of the love of his life, and father of four treasures. By night, he uses his a passion for self-discovery help individuals and teams:
Harness their Superpowers (greatest strengths),
Navigate their Kryptonite (hidden weaknesses), and
Learn to Join Forces (collaborate intentionally) to accelerate growth, attract clients, and maximize revenue.

What Is The Experience Like?
The experience is highly interactive, fun, and profoundly real. Many will leave inspired and challenged, with a glowing appreciation of their own gifts, and the contributions of others on their team. Many people will feel called to a higher standard and to a deeper level of contribution.
Pre-Workshop: Survey Completion
Every participant takes the 5-minute Superpower Quest Survey prior to training.
I prepare team composition reports with visuals, highlighting strengths, weaknesses, and patterns.
Each participant receives a personal report with insights into their unique Superpowers and growth areas.
Section 1: Opening and Testimony
I begin by sharing my personal testimony, leading with vulnerability to set the tone of authenticity.
This creates space for openness, honesty, and genuine engagement.
Section 2: Composite Findings & Teaching
I present the composite survey results to reveal team-wide strengths and gaps.
Participants use a structured note-taking framework as I explain:
The importance of self-discovery
Working in flow vs. against the grain
The core Superpower Quest framework
Section 3: Small Group Engagement
Multiple breakout sessions give participants time to:
Discuss deep, practical questions
Share personal stories, wins, and challenges
Explore how their Superpowers impact real work situations
Section 4: Interactive Exercises & Dialogue
Guided activities spark fresh insights and creativity.
Teams brainstorm and identify practical applications for supporting and delighting one another.
Section 5: Closing Affirmations & Takeaways
Each participant shares affirmations and discoveries about themselves and their teammates.
The group reflects on what they’ve learned, and I exhort them to “pitch the way people hit.” (Spades analogy)
