This isn’t just another talk! This is an interactive experience of self discovery. Johnny will help your attendees unlock their unique Superpowers in a way that’s engaging, eye-opening, and immediately applicable. Expect aha moments, deep insights, and a clear action plan to harness your strengths in work and life.

Preparation
Pre-meeting with the business leader/visionary to gain an accurate grasp of the company culture and vision.
Every attendee will receive a link to the 10-minute "Discover Your Superpower" starter assessment. This will give them (and Johnny) preparatory insight into their strengths and aspirations, as well as their perception of the company culture.
Agenda
Johnny will use the power of storytelling to inspire each attendee with the idea that we are each on our own Quest for personal excellence. He will share his Origin Story and give the Call to Adventure!
Attendees will walk through the phases of the Self Discovery Process (Core Drive, Hero Types, Superpower Statement). This is a reflective process with questions asked along the way.
Core Drives (Progress, Order, Harmony)
Hero Types (Connector Nurturer, Dreamer, Achiever, Leader, Organizer)
Power Words (3-5 adjectives that describe them operating at their best.)
Superpower Statement (Custom)
(if time) Power Punches (Schedule-able Applications)
Attendees will learn about practical ways they can apply their Superpowers to amplify their impact.
Session will end with "Affirmations." What did you learn about yourself? What did you learn about someone else? What will you do?
