Johnny is also the CEO of a tech-enabled data company, DataJoe, serving the media space. He’s the husband of the love of his life, father of four treasures, and a man who marvels daily at the depth and beauty of human potential.

He is the founder of The Superpower Community, a weekly newsletter helping people unlock their potential, Workplace Delight, a networking group for HR enthusiasts, and the Media Data Collaborative, a newsletter and networking group for media/data professionals. These can be delivered in either a seminar or workshop format, depending on your needs:
Seminars (1-2 hours) are designed for larger groups and provide an engaging, high-energy experience packed with insights and takeaways. $400
Workshops (3-4 hours) are limited to 20 participants for a deeper, hands-on dive into the material, with personalized guidance and interactive exercises. $800
