Great question! My framework is much more geared towards understanding design. Design fits hand and glove with identity, but they're not exactly the same. You are created with the precise and exact design that you need to carry out your identity, and your identity determines your design. Keli and Identity Exchange help people discover their identity, which is who you are, in their essence: The name that only your creator can give you. My Identity is "Beloved Son, Creative Connector, The Hearer and Holder of Hearts." My design, or my Superpower, is "Connector/Dreamer," and "Authentic Connection for Mutual Progress." My design is the mechanism by which I carry out my Identity.
Language breaks down here, and it's not so black and white.
But when I read Living Fearless, about identity, it felt like a necessary element in top of the discovery process that I teach through my book, The Superpower Quest.
Living out the teachings of both books together has super charged me, and I think it will do the same for others.
How do I discover my identity using your paradigm, Johnny?
